With every selection you will enjoy quarterly shipments (4 shipments per year), and a mixed selection of white and red wines. Each shipment includes the number of selected bottles, discounted according to tier level, tax and shipping (when applicable).

We will call you within 24 hours to collect credit card information and verify membership.

Can I customize my order?

Yes! Whether you want a permanent customization, such as “Always 1 Barbera” or “Never Dessert Wine”, or you just want to alter the selections we’ve chosen for one particular shipment, just send us an email prior to processing and we’ll take care of it for you.

What if I need someone else to pick up my wine?

We are happy to let a friend or family member pick up your wine, just give us a call or email prior to their arrival so that we know we have your permission. If someone will regularly be picking up your wine, let us know that too and we’ll make a permanent note on your account.

I may not be able to make it in every quarter for pick ups, is that ok? Will I still get the wine I’ve been promised?

We will gladly hold on to your wine shipments for as long as you need us to! Once you’ve been charged for your wine, we set it aside with your name on it, so there is no risk of us selling out before you make it in. However, we do request that members attempt to pick up at least twice per year, as we have limited storage space in our small building.

If I can’t make it in to pick up my wine, can you ship it to me?

Of course! We’re happy to send your wine to you at our discounted shipping rates, as long as you live in a state that allows direct to consumer shipping.

Important please read terms

By joining Vina Moda’s Wine Club, I agree to and I understand the following:

  • I am 21 years of age or older. All Carriers require an adult signature for deliveries of my wines (business addresses suggested, carriers will not deliver to PO Boxes).
  • My credit card will be charged for the appropriate cost prior to receiving my requested shipment. I will receive my shipment within 7-10 days once my credit card has been processed.
  • After one year I may cancel my Wine Club membership with a written 30 day notice that must be received prior to my next shipment.
  • I am responsible for all costs incurred as a result of my wine shipment being returned to the winery and for reshipment.
